What is the best exercise or drill that you use to improve your ball handling?

This is a great post for people training and i totally agree on your three exercises on increasing vertical jump. One thing coming from a kin background that i would say with little experience to strength and conditioning programs is that in order to increase vertical jump you would need to train at a power phase, the ablitiy to generate strength in a short period of time. With deadlift being more of a grind lift you are right about working at about 75% of 1mr but i think you would also want to do those lifts as explosive as you can and im not sure all viewers would understand that. Working at a faster pace to me, means shorter rest periods. Just making sure everything is cleared up. Love the post and im a huge fan. Also I’m very young in the field so if there is anything I’m wrong about, please correct me. I do take criticism very well. Great post again, and thank you for your contribution to the community!

Hey I’ve been following your Instagram page and am really looking forward to trying some of your programs but I have had shin splints on both legs and jumpers knee on one leg. I tried everything to recover from then even took off 3 months nothing’s helped me fully recover. Any ideas how I can recover from these conditions. I’m 6’1 and vertical is about 35 inches and I wanna take it to the next level. Thank you so much
