    Thanks for the video! I have low back pain during squats so i need to try these out. Do you still use squats in your programs or not at all?

      Glad you liked it. I think regular back squats are still one of the best exercises, it’s just not for everyone. In your case, the last thing you want to do is load your spine with hundreds of lbs. Also some people just aren’t built to squat but the RFESS works with all body types.
