TRX Skater Squat

The TRX Skater Squat is a progression for the “non-assisted” Skater Squat that i’ve been using for a while now. The Skater Squat is one of my favorite unilateral exercises but very few people can do multiple reps without assistance. I like to use the TRX and build on reps for 3-4 weeks before trying them without assistance.
